Hello, and welcome to our little buyers guide for car seat coolers. We are a family of four and live in Scottsdale, AZ. In the summer, we must use car seat coolers when we park in the sun. If we don’t, the car seats are way too hot for the kids.

Even on a relatively cool summer day, like around 90 degrees, the car can warm up to around 150 degrees. If you have a good car seat cooler it can mean a world of difference when getting the kids in the car.

Our oldest child is 4 years old, and our youngest is 10 months old (as of October, 2015). So, we’re still using car seats for both of them. Over the years we have tried several different car seat coolers and so our web site will include reviews of the ones we have been using. We’ll be linking to places to buy them online (some links may be affiliate links, fyi).

There are also a number of excellent car seat coolers that are only sold locally. We’ll do our best to highlight them, and share where to find them.
